Chips Info.: Some chips are a ceramic/resin (which when dropped on a tile floor will break). Ours are a injected plastic with a
metal slug in the middle to give it weight. The chips are comparable to the chips that are used in casinos. They weigh 11.5 grams each and are 40 mm in diameter. Choose from a combination of over twenty pastel and vibrantly colored poker chip colors to coordinate with just about any color scheme.
Proofing: After you have placed your order, please allow up to one week to receive your proof, due to the sometimes-high demand for personalized baby poker chips. Be sure to double check the accuracy of your Email address to avoid a delay in the proofing process. While reviewing your shopping cart, before you check out, you will have the chance to express any concerns that you may have about your order.
Photos: Please send photos as a JPG file type of at least 300 dpi. Do not crop your photo. After you have submitted your order to us via the shopping cart you will be taken to a page which gives you your assigned Order No. confirmation and instructions for submitting your photo.
Availability:
The turnaround time of your Baby Poker Chips is usually 3 to 4 weeks. This is from the time that you place your order, you have reviewed and approved your proof, and we produce your chips. The actual transit shipping time is about 2 to 3 days. Your chips are shipped via Priority Mail, provided by the United States Postal Service.
RUSH Orders: Add a rush fee to receive your chips in as little as 2 weeks! A delay in an approved proof from you will delay your order, even though it's a rush. Proofs for rush orders are generally Emailed to you within 48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays.
