WATER BOTTLE LABELS

Q1: Are your water bottle labels waterproof?

Our waterproof synthetic labels will not break down after having been exposed to water and is not easily torn. The label has excellent water resistance, meaning that the ink on the label is not likely to smudge or run.

Our high-gloss labels are also water resistant. The ink is not likely to run. The label is a made of a special paper. When exposed to water for long periods of time, the label will remain intact on the bottle, unless the label is intentionally ripped or pulled, in which case it will easily tear apart.

Q2: Do you ship bottled water?

You must purchase your own bottled water. Only labels are offered.

Q3: What brand of water do you recommend?

Poland Springs bottled water which is offered at Sams Club.

Q4: How do I apply my water bottle labels?

Labels can be easily applied by removing the paper backing to expose the adhesive. No scissors or glue sticks are needed.

Q5: What size labels do you offer?

Water bottle labels come in 2 sizes 2" x 8" and 2.5" x 7" (great for Dasani brand bottled water).

Q6: What is the cost of shipping water bottle labels?

The cost for shipping labels is a flat fee of $8.95 regardless of the quantity. During checkout, select the "bookmarks - wrappers - labels" shipping option. Overnight shipping fees apply if you would like your labels shipped overnight. Select Overnight shipping on the order form when personalizing your order.

Normal turnaround time is 5 to 7 days. Rush processing turnaround time is 3 days if needing a proof approval from you.

Q7: How do I submit my photo, monogram, or artwork?

Send your file to photos[at]wrappedoccasions[dot]com. Your file should be at least 300 dpi. Send it as both a JPG and PNG (with transparent background). Please let your original art designer do this for you.

WINE LABELS

Q1: Are your wine bottle labels waterproof?

Our labels will not break down while exposed to water. The ink is water resistant making it less likely to run or smear when exposed to water.

Q2: Do you ship bottled wine?

You must purchase your own bottled wine or champagne. Only labels are offered.

Q3: How do I apply my wine bottle labels?

Labels can be easily applied by removing the paper backing to expose the adhesive. No scissors or glue sticks are needed.

Q4: What size wine labels do you offer?

Our standard wine label is 3.5" x 5". If you need a different size, please indicate this when placing your order. Include your custom size is in the personalized box.

SPARKLING CIDER

Q1: Are your sparkling cider bottle labels waterproof?

Our labels will not break down while exposed to water. The ink is water resistant making it less likely to run or smear when exposed to water.

Q2: Do you ship bottled cider?

Yes, you can purchased personalized bottles of sparkling cider or just the labels only.

Q3: How do I apply my cider bottle labels?

Labels can be easily applied by removing the paper backing to expose the adhesive. No scissors or glue sticks are needed.

Q4: What size cider labels do you offer?

Our standard wine label is 2.5" x 4.5". Custom sizes are not available for this product.

Q5: What is the cost of shipping?

The cost for shipping labels only is a flat fee of $8.95 regardless of the quantity. During checkout, select the "bookmarks - wrappers - labels" shipping option. The cost of shipping personalized bottles is calculated during your online check-out.

RUSH ORDERS

Q1: Do you offer a rush service?

Most products can be rushed for an additional investment of $25.00 to $35.00. If a product can be rushed, you'll see that option on its order form.

Q2: How soon will I receive my rushed order?

Generally rushed products will arrive in hand within 7 days after you have approved your proof. If no proof is offered, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 days. Shipping upgrade is available.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Q1: Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Q2: Will I have to pay duty charges on my international shipped order?

In most cases, yes. You will have to pay duties on your end before the package will be released to you.

PROOFING

Q1: Can I see a proof of my order?

Yes, we'll email you a proof for your to approve or indicate changes.

Q2: How long after I place an order will I receive a proof?

Within 1 to 2 days.

Q3: Will I have to pay to see a proof?

Some products require a proof fee while other products do not have this. The product order form will have this information.

PHOTOS & ARTWORK

Q1: Can I add a photo or artwork to my label?

Yes you can! E-mail your photo (unedited) as a JPEG format to photos[at]wrappedoccasions[dot]com. Be sure to scan the photo's resolution at 300 dpi for best print quality.

Important: If your photo is the product of a photography studio, we need a release form from the studio before we can scan and/or use your e-mailed photo. Obtain our form by clicking here. Once you have the release form, fax it to us at 866-615-2205. While this creates a small extra step, it protects the company should any legal issues arise.

Q2: How much does it cost to add my own artwork or photo to a product?

There is no cost to add your own artwork. To add a photo to your bookmarks or wine bottle labels the price is ten dollars. All other products provide the option for you to add a complimentary photo.

CUSTOM CHANGES

Q1: Can I add my own wording to your personalized products?

Yes, and we encourage this for our label products! You can be totally creative with wording for bookmarks, wine labels, sparkling cider labels, and bottled water labels.

Changes can also be made for text colors and fonts. Some graphics and background colors can be changed. Please Contact Us before placing your order.

Q2: Is there a fee for me to use my own wording?

Not at all! It's 100% free!

CHOCOLATE ORDERS

Q1: How can I ensure that my chocolate will not arrive melted?

We strongly recommend that you purchase cool packaging for your chocolate bars to keep them from melting during transit. Also, we strongly recommend that someone is able to receive your personalized wrapped chocolate on the day of delivery so that the chocolate is not left outdoors in direct heat or warm weather. 2-Day shipping and Overnight shipping is advised. We will not responsible for melted chocolate.

RETURNS

Q1: Can I return my order for any reason?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returned orders for any reasons, other than an error made on our part.

Nonpersonalized items can be returned in its original conditon. You must obtain a return order number first by contacting us.

PAYMENTS

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept any major credit card through PayPal. You do not have to register to use this service. Through our online shopping cart we accept Visa or Master Card. You may also mail us your order along with a money order payable to Sweetly Wrapped Occasions.

Q2: Do you accept checks?

Checks are no longer accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Q1: What if I want to cancel an order after I've okayed the proof and have paid?

If you have approved your proof and your order has not been printed a cancellation fee of $15 or 10% of your total invoice will be assessed, whichever is less. We charge this cancellation fee because of the time and resources used to process your order and for proofing time.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been printed.
