How far in advance should I place an order before the day of the event? |
Please allow at least three weeks before an event to place an order. If you're paying by mail with a check, allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for check to clear. Canadian residents should allow at least five weeks before the event to place an order. [Return to Top] |
What if I need an order in less than 3 weeks? |
Orders needed less than three weeks are considered a RUSH. E-mail us before placing the order so that we can gather the information to obtain a rush shipping price. An additional charge of $25.00 is required. Note that this DOES NOT include rush shipping charges. Methods of payment we accept for rush orders are any major credit card through PayPal (you do not have to register to use this service), via our online shopping cart using Visa or Master Card, or via fax using Visa or Master Card. Money orders and checks through mail will not be accepted for rush orders as it would extend the turnaround time. Once we receive an "okayed" proof and payment, your order will begin processing. A minimum of 4 working days is needed.
Note: A maximum quantity of 100 for each unique favor is allowed for rush orders.

How long after I place an order will I receive a proof? |
You can expect to receive your proof within 48 hours. RUSH orders will receive a proof within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If you have chosen to receive your proof by mail, allow 2 to 4 days.
Note: We ask that you review your proof very carefully. Once the proof is approved, we cannot be held responsible for errors that were not addressed during the proofing stage.

Photos: |
Can I add a photo to my order? |
Yes you can! E-mail your photo (unedited) as a JPEG format to photos@wrappedoccasions.com. Be sure to scan the photo's resolution at 300 dpi for best print quality. Or send photo via regular mail to Sweetly Wraped Occasions, PO Box 271480, Las Vegas, NV 89127. We will scan the photo for you and return it with your order in the same condition. Please send photo on original photograph paper should you decide to mail it. We recommend sending photo in a photo mailer envelope or including two pieces of card board to protect your photo.
Important: If photo is the product of a photography studio, we need a release form from the studio before we can scan and/or use your e-mailed photo. Obtain our form by clicking here. Once you have the release form, fax it to us at 866-722-5118. While this creates a small extra step, it protects the company should any legal issues arise. [Return to Top] |
How much extra will adding a photo cost me? |

Are your water bottle labels waterproof? |
Our water bottle labels are produced on a waterproof vinyl material which means that the label will not break down while exposed to water. The ink is water resistant making it less likely to run or smear when exposed to water.

Do you ship bottled water with the labels applied? |

How do I apply my water bottle labels? |
Water bottle labels and wine/cider labels can be easily applied by removing the paper backing exposing the adhesive. No glue sticks are needed. [Return to Top] |
What if I want my wine label in a different size? |
Wine labels are 3.5 x 5 and 2 1/2 x 4 1/2. If you want a different size, please indicate this when placing your order, by selecting "custom size". Be sure to tell us what your custom size is in the personalized box. [Return to Top] |
What is the cost of shipping for wine and water labels? |
The cost for shipping wine and water labels is a flat fee of $8.95 regardless of the quantity. Expedited shipping fees apply if you would like your labels shipped overnight. During checkout, select the "bookmarks - wrappers - labels" shipping option. [Return to Top] |
How do I submit my custom water bottle label design? |
Place your order by selecting 000-Custom Water Label on the order form. Once you've completed your checkout, you'll receive an Email confirmation with your Order Number. Reply to this Email with your Order No. in the subject line and your attached bottled water label design. [Return to Top] |
Chocolate Orders: |
Will my personalized wrapped chocolate bars melt? |
We strongly recommend that you purchase cool packaging for your chocolate bars to keep them from melting during transit. Also, we strongly recommend that someone is able to receive your personalized wrapped chocolate on the day of delivery so that the chocolate is not left outdoors in direct heat or warm weather. Your chocolate bars are shipped via the United States Postal Service 2-Day shipping and is not guaranteed. For guaranteed shipping, adivise us to bill you for upgraded guaranteed overnight shipping.

Custom Changes: |
Can I request a custom design of any of the favors? |
Yes! We will create a custom design to match the theme of your event at no extra charge! You must place your order first, however.

Can I make changes to any of the designs being offered? |
Changes can be made for text colors and fonts. Changes cannot be made to the graphics or backgrounds. [Return to Top] |
Cancellations: |
What if I want to cancel an order after I've okayed the proof and have paid? |
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been printed. If you cancel your order prior to printing, a cancellation fee of $15 or 10% of the total product price will be assessed, whichever is greater. We charge this cancellation fee because of our time and resources used to prepare your order. [Return to Top] |

Can I return my order for any reason? |
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returned orders for any reasons, other than an error made on our part. [Return to Top] |

What payment methods do you accept? |
We accept any major credit card through PayPal. You do not have to register to use this service. Through our online shopping cart we accept Visa or Master Card. You may also mail us your order along with a money order or check payable to Sweetly Wrapped Occasions.

What shipping methods do you use? |
Most of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which averages 2 to 3 days. We cannot guarantee 2 to 3 days delivery when we have shipped your order, as some circumstances are beyond our control. Some orders can only be shipped UPS Ground.
