Policies About Your Order
Proofing Policies
On products where viewing a proof is available, Sweetly Wrapped Occasions will proceed with the order only after we have received an "approved" proof.
During the course of approximately two weeks, we will make three attempts to receive a response from you regarding your proof, which may include a telephone call.
If after three unsuccessful attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order, minus a $15.00 or 10% cancellation fee; whichever amount is greater.
Exhange & Return Policies
All of our personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason except for an error on our part.
For non-personalized products, you must contact us first, to receive confirmation before returning your order. A restocking fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Order Polices
Sweetly Wrapped Occasions is not responsible for lost or damaged orders.

Perishable Items
When given the option, we highly recommend that you purchase cooling options to keep your perishable item from melting or turning bad during warm months (April 1 to November 1).
Also, have perishable items shipped to where someone can accept them and bring them inside for the outside elements.
Sweetly Wrapped Occasions will not be responsible for perishable items gone bad when no cooling options were requested, the providing of an incorrect mailing address, and for the item not having been delivered to a destination where it could be immediately accepted.
